To those who haven’t known me very long, this is my Grammie! She’s turning 94 this year and still walks 2 miles every day. 🩷🤘🏼 This time of year is super special for me as I love helping her decorate for Easter (the best holiday).

If you’re getting extensions, you need to make sure you’re getting them by somebody who is comfortable coloring them. While most colors can go on the head right off the rack/ package etc, eventually they will either need to be toned or have a root touchup in some cases. This is because the textile dye used to color hair extensions will eventually fade. Being able to tone or correct this means that you will not have to buy new hair. Your stylist should comfortably be able to:

Yes, we can do wavy extensions! Wavy extensions are best for people who prefer to natural style/ air dry their hair. They blend on hair that has waves up to slightly curly. The growout is so important. Is your growout free from tangles, dropped wefts, and too much color fading? (Eventually all extensions will fade but having to get them colored at each appointment is not normal.) Your growout should also be pain free and still let you have styling versatility. Super grown out extensions might be difficult to hide the corners on as they pop out but in general everything should grow straight down with no problems. 🤘
